The re-start we all have been expecting has finally come. In October, we will be at the principal European expos of <<Art of Leavening>>. Three countries: France, UK, and Italy.
In the beginning, we will be from 13th to 14th October at Parizza expo, the principal Italian gastronomy expo in Paris.
