In our blood lies the will of making the most of all the precious gifts our land has granted us. We want to honour the Mediterranean tradition and the incredible raw materials that only here we can find. And we choose to do it everyday, again and again. Thanks to our in-house research and development laboratory, we guarantee constant quality at the highest standards.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
We adopt an ESG (Environmental Social Governance) approach: we actively contribute to the environment protection by using self-produced energy from renewable photovoltaic sources. We are also proud of all the women who have always held important managerial positions in Molini Pizzuti. In fact, we believe that “famiglia” is synonymous with energy and liveliness.
TRAINING
To us, flour is a magical and powerful material, capable of arising extraordinary emotions. This is why we created, back in 2000, the Pizzuti Academy: an internationally active training institution committed to the education of pizza makers, bakers and pastry chefs. Every Molini Pizzuti customer can always rely on us: flour is a living matter, and we learn its secrets day after day.
