Homemade pasta flour

A blend of soft wheat flour and durum semolina flour. It is the ideal product for the preparation of homemade pasta according to the old Italian tradition. The pasta dough can be prepared by adding only water, a mixture of water and eggs or a richer pasta dough can be obtained by adding only eggs.
